See below for a full list of activities available with us at Fit For Life Studio!

Upcoming activities and events are located on our calendar, or please submit an enquiry.

Every Wednesday and Saturday from 11am. 

Usually each activity is 6-7 hours in duration. Costs vary depending on the activity and duration, attached below is the NDIS price guide.

Group Activities: Via Core Funding. 
Weekdays $36.50-$65 p/h
Saturdays $51.50-$92 p/h 

Craft Workshops

Art and craft classes are a proven way to reduce stress, improve mental wellbeing and creativity. Fit for Life offer a range of different, fun & creative classes that are all completely beginner friendly.
Some workshops include paint and sip, candle and soap making, mosaics, terrarium, painting ceramics and many more!

Game & Skill Testing

Social and recreation activities are part of everyday life. These are activities everybody does for fun and can help with your health and wellbeing. They can also help you to meet new people and improve your skills. Some of our skill testing activities include archery, mini golf, bowling, skill testing games and much more.

Getting active & exploring Victoria

​Social and community activities can increase a sense of belonging, connection and inclusion, as well as confidence. Come and explore Victoria, get active and make new friendships at Fit for Life’s social activities.

Indoor Skydiving

Have you ever wondered what it is like to fly? Now you can try with indoor skydiving! With wheelchair access and highly trained instructors, all abilities are welcome.

Animal Therapy

Animals are vital to our health and wellbeing. It is a proven fact that pets or animals as therapy have far-reaching health benefits. Fit for Life offer a range of different activities such attending animal sanctuaries, horse riding/therapy, farms and much more.

Building Friendships

Fit for Life's Social activities can help support you to develop communication and social skills which will help you to build and keep friendships.

- Connect you with others who have similar interests so you can build friendships.
